Seqera Platform Feature Requests

Allow access and role assignment in Seqera Platform based on 3rd-party authentication groups such as OIDC LDAP groups.

Launch role users currently cannot download data through data-links, which blocks the ability to retrieve pipeline outputs. Add a new data_link:execute permission verb that can be selectively granted to Launch role users for download operations without expanding read access broadly.

Update the current user role permissions to manage more fine-grained permissions (Role Based Access Control, etc).
