Enable Seqera Platform to work with the Azure application gateway load balancer for docker-compose based deployments.

Currently, when using the application gateway load balancer instead of the standard load balancer on Azure, the authorization token are dropped upon logging in.

Extending the support for the Azure application gateway load balancer would expand the support for a broader set of use cases.
