As per ticket https://support.seqera.io/a/tickets/5683, we would like Nextflow to support retrying of gRPC API failures.

Recently, a patch was made to handle the "not found" error:

We would like the support for retrying gRPC for different failures:

UNAVAILABLE, DEADLINE_EXCEEDED, RESOURCE_EXHARSTED, UNKNOWN etc
